Belgravia Homes by Unique Companies, LLC was founded in 2025 with one goal: to bring together decades of building experience under one name dedicated to craftsmanship, communication, and trust.
Owned and operated by Chris Griffin of Unique Landscapes & Custom Pools and James Mack, Belgravia was built on a simple idea — to create a company where homeowners could work directly with builders who have spent their lives actually designing and constructing homes, not just managing the process from a distance.
Between Chris and James, there’s over 50 years of hands-on experience building homes, pools, landscapes, remodels, and additions across Arizona. Together, they’ve led thousands of projects through every stage — from raw dirt to the final walkthrough. That kind of experience means clients don’t just get a beautiful home — they get a builder who knows what works, what lasts, and what it really takes to bring a design to life.

Chris Griffin
For more than 25 years, Chris Griffin has been designing and building some of Arizona’s most recognized outdoor living spaces through Unique Landscapes & Custom Pools, where he serves as Owner and General Contractor. His path to homebuilding started long before Belgravia — with a background in civil engineering, three contractor licenses, and a deep understanding of design and structure.
In 2007, Chris built his first personal home — a 6,800-square-foot project that sparked his passion for custom homebuilding. That experience taught him firsthand what homeowners go through during the process — the excitement, the challenges, and the importance of detail. It also gave him a new perspective on how a builder should communicate, plan, and deliver.
Over the years, Chris has earned a reputation for combining engineering precision with artistic design. He’s been a licensed general contractor since 2003 and continues to push the limits of what’s possible in construction. His companies are known for the same things that define Belgravia — craftsmanship, integrity, and customer service that doesn’t stop when the project is finished.
When Chris isn’t on a jobsite, he’s with his family, coaching youth sports, or volunteering with organizations close to his heart — including the Arthritis Foundation, where he’s served as a board member and event chair. His dedication to community and family carries into every home Belgravia builds.
Chris believes that great design starts with listening — and that every home should be built with the same care and commitment he’d give his own.
James Mack
For more than twenty years, James Mack has been immersed in the art and precision of building homes in Arizona. His journey began on the jobsite—overseeing the construction of hundreds of luxury and semi-custom residences—before evolving into design, business ownership, and technology consulting for some of the industry’s most respected firms.
As co-founder of Belgravia Homes, James brings a rare combination of field expertise, design sensibility, and business acumen to every project. His background spans from managing large-scale residential developments to crafting ultra-high-end garage environments and advising contractors nationwide on construction technology and estimating systems. With experience spanning more than 450 completed homes, he understands every side of the building process—from concept to completion.
Grounded in craftsmanship and elevated by innovation, every home James builds is a reflection of the client’s lifestyle—tailored, refined, and enduring. His philosophy is simple: design with intention, build with integrity, and deliver a home that feels both personal and extraordinary.
Beyond his professional life, James is a devoted husband and father of three daughters, and an active member of his community. For more than fifteen years, he has volunteered as a youth soccer coach, mentoring young athletes and instilling values of teamwork, discipline, and character—principles that also guide his leadership at Belgravia Homes.
James believes that great homes, like great teams, are built on trust, vision, and collaboration. That belief sits at the heart of every Belgravia project.
